Terms of Service

These Terms govern Turnt Golf on the web and in its native app. You must be at least 17 years old to create an account or use Turnt. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Turnt.

What the app does

Turnt is a scorecard, private-group chat, and Day-hosting service. A “Day” is a standard round or tournament organized in Turnt. A “Guest” joins a shared Day without a full account. A “Free” account can join sponsored Days and may receive one Free Host Day. A “Turnt Host” subscription sponsors eligible features for the organizer's authorized players and guests. A “Comp” is separately granted Host access that is not a store subscription.

Turnt may calculate stakes and settlement instructions for a private group, but Turnt never accepts, holds, transfers, or pays out stake money. Players settle away from Turnt and are responsible for following applicable rules and laws.

Turnt Host subscriptions

Turnt Host is offered through Apple's App Store for iOS. Monthly and annual plans provide the same Host access; the purchase sheet displays Apple's localized price before purchase. Google Play subscriptions may be offered if and when an Android purchase catalog is launched. Turnt does not sell Host through a web payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel through the store shown in Turnt or your device subscription settings. The one-time Free Host Day is not a subscription trial, carries no charge, and does not renew. Buying Host permanently forfeits an unused Free Host Day.

Turnt Host purchasing is currently offered only to eligible accounts in the United States. A Host may hold one reserved future sponsored Day while one sponsored Day is in progress; Turnt enforces that limit when a Day is created and explains it at that point.

Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the store's rules. Cancel through the Manage link in Turnt or Apple Subscriptions. Deleting your Turnt account does not cancel a store subscription, and cancellation does not delete your Turnt account.

Account responsibilities

• You're responsible for any activity on your account.
• Don't use the app to harass other players or send abusive messages in the chat.
• Do not upload unlawful content, invade another person's privacy, or interfere with Turnt's security or operation.
• You retain ownership of content you submit and give Turnt permission to host, process, display, and share it only as needed to operate the service and the private Day you chose.

AI, voice, and community features

Cart Chirps and other AI output may be inaccurate, surprising, or offensive. Do not rely on AI output for safety, legal, financial, or handicap decisions. Chat content may be automatically moderated and players can report, mute, or remove content using available controls. If you join the optional custom-voice beta, use only a voice you have the right and consent to provide; impersonation and deceptive use are prohibited.

SMS / messaging program

Providing a mobile number is optional and is never required to use Turnt. If you opt in by entering your number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring transactional texts related to your account and Days, such as invitations and score or round updates. Promotional messages require a separate express opt-in.

• Opt-out: you can cancel at any time by replying STOPto any message. We'll send one confirmation and you will receive no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@turntgolf.com.
• Frequency:message frequency varies based on your activity and your group's rounds.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

No warranty

Turnt is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of scores, handicaps, course data, game calculations, settlement output, AI content, or third-party services. Review results and use your own judgment.

Termination

You can delete your account from Profile or the account-deletion page after signing in. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Turnt or its users. Account deletion remains available regardless of Host status.
